Nicholas Latina is a professional equestrian based in Sterling, Connecticut, and Wellington, Florida. He specializes in the training and showing of high-level show jumpers and hunters. Dedicating his life to the sport Nicholas has brought along both horses and riders to achieve significant competitive success.
Through years of experience working with leading names in the industry, he has built an extensive résumé, competing and training throughout Europe and the United States.

From a young horse’s first rides under saddle to competing at the Grand Prix level, our program is tailored to meet the individual needs of each horse and rider. We focus on creating a strong foundation while developing the skills and confidence necessary for long-term success in the sport.
In addition to training and showing services, we offer a consignment program for owners looking to sell their horses. We also take horses in for short-term training to refine specific issues, ensuring they leave our program stronger, more confident, and better prepared for their next step.
Mission
Method
Horsemanship and transparency are two of the cornerstones of our program. The mental and physical well-being of the horse will always come before any class or division. Our goal is to produce horses that are confident, capable, and able to continue performing their job successfully long after they leave our program.
We believe in a thoughtful and gentle approach to training, prioritizing clear communication and correct development at every stage. The safety of both horse and rider is always of the utmost importance, and every decision within our program reflects that commitment.
Coaching
Education is key. The future of our sport depends on the transfer of knowledge from professionals to the next generation of riders. We offer coaching within our full training program as well as “truck-in” training opportunities for students who do not board with us.
In addition, we host Wednesday night group lessons organized by level of experience and jump height. These sessions are structured in a clinic-style format and can be audited by aspiring students, riders looking to expand their knowledge, and anyone interested in furthering their education in the sport. Our goal is to build a strong sense of community while making quality training accessible to a wider group of riders.
